We operate online as MechaHelm. Orders are fulfilled from our Asia warehouses to serve customers worldwide.
🧾 Can I collect from your store? +
We don’t offer in-person pickup. Please order online and we’ll ship to your address.
🚚 How long does shipping take? +
- US: About 7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 5–12 business days

✈️ Which countries do you ship to? +
We ship worldwide except to regions restricted by carriers or local regulations.
🏷️ How much does shipping cost? +
Most items ship free to the US and many destinations. Other regions are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Yes. After dispatch you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit https://www.mechahelm.com/pages/track-my-order.
↩️ What is your return policy? +
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For eligible cases, MechaHelm covers the return shipping.
🧰 Can I exchange an item or return a damaged item? +
For damaged/used items or exchanges, the customer pays the return shipping/service costs. We’ll advise the correct courier and steps.
📨 How do I start a return? +
Email support@mechahelm.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We respond within 1 business day and provide full instructions.
🎭 Are the helmets wearable or for display only? +
Our products are MK50 helmet toys and similar helmet-type toys, primarily for collection/display and light cosplay. Please check each product page for sizing and usage notes.
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping? +
Not standard, but some orders may be eligible. Please email support@mechahelm.com.
